Wow… a huge pleasure for me ;-)
Oh my God guys,
When I finished this crazy part I was completely destroyed. I went to sleep immediately. Another hard day has came so let me write some impressions from yesterday after day 2.
Lessons I’ve learned:
1) keep my own pace
2) drink as much water as I need… and between need and want there’s a huge difference ;-)
3) I much more prefer pure water instead of any other isotonic drinks - maybe because then I do not feel verythirsty
4) do not cheat myself…. ’appreciate every little step | the harder I push the closer I get’ Issac Danquah - Opportunities
So now I’m going to take Cardio Power & Resistance ;-)
Yesterday I took Fit Test with this famous program run by Shaun T.
That’s unbelievable how bad my condition is. Fortunately decided to follow that great guy and many of US. Together we can make a real change.
